10 affirmations to tell yourself every day

Daily affirmations are short, written statements that are meant to give your self-esteem a positive boost. You can write them down or repeat them to yourself when you need them.

Positive affirmations are statements or mantras you can use to change your mental habits. They help you replace negative beliefs with positive ones. They can help you change your thought patterns, too.
